Education

  • MA in Marriage and Family Therapy - Antioch University
  • MSc in Education - University of Edinburgh
  • BA in Cultural Anthropology - Western Washington University

I’ve been deeply shaped by the generosity of people and cultures from Asia, Latin America, Africa, Australia, and Europe. Each relationship and experience has touched my life in its own way, reminding me how beautiful our differences are, how much we all long to feel connected, and how much strength lives inside each of us.

I grew up in Washington, and the mountains have always felt like home. I return to the forests, water, and changing skies of the Pacific Northwest whenever I need to breathe more deeply, listen more closely, and come back to myself. Being in nature keeps me grounded and gently informs how I show up as a therapist—supporting clients as they find their own steady ground, inner courage, and sense of choice in their lives.

When I’m not sitting with clients, you’ll often find me wandering along mountain trails, soaking in the quiet of the woods, laughing with people I love, or snuggled up with my cat. I’m happiest when I’m learning something new, exploring somewhere I haven’t been before, or gazing out over the Salish Sea, hoping to catch sight of whales moving through the water.

I feel genuinely grateful to do work that feels so aligned with my heart—walking alongside people as they heal, grow, and slowly reconnect with themselves and the people who matter most to them.

Thank you for taking the time to be here. If something in these words resonates with you, please reach out—I’d be honored to connect and see if we might be a good fit to work together.
